TERMS OF RESERVATION AND BUSINESS POLICY
1.Check in time 15.00
Check out time 11.00
Departure until 18.00 is charged 50% of overnights. Departures beyond 18.00 charged throughout NIGHT. For children under 3 years free baby cot on request. For each extra person not declared during booking the hotel charges 15 euro/ night.
2.Soap and toilet paper are provided on arrival.Cleaning and change of linen and towels every three (3) to seven (7) days.

3.The reservation is valid as long as deposited an advance equal to
-30% of the total cost of stay for the refundable plan
-100% of the total cost of stay for the non-refundable plan
in a bank account or directly to the company by receiving the advance record or by credit/debit card.
Reservations not confirmed in writing or the deposit not paid within 3 working days expire and the owner has the right to reallocate the room.
Non-refundable plan is discounted pricelist and is a special deal based on payment and in no case affects the quality of our services.
4.In case of cancelling refundable plan the following applies
-21 Days before arrival the deposit is refunded
-Less than 21 days the advance payment as compensation
In case of cancelling non-refundable plan the following applies
-up to 6 months before arrival 100% of the total cost is refundable
-up to 3 months before arrival 50% of the total cost is refundable
-less than 3 months before arrival there is no refund
Refund cost for bank transfer is 20euro. Refund cost for credit or debit card is charged automatically by the bank.
In case of early departure the customer is obliged to pay 50% of the remaining days.
In case of no show the owner has the right to withhold the deposit and to reallocate the room.
The customers are requested to inform promptly and in writing the company of any change.
5.The customer can receive his visitors in a special area of the hotel.Visits in the rooms and use of facilities and equipment from visitors is prohibited.
6.The use of equipment (electric appliances, furniture, etc.) and clothing outside the rooms is not allowed.
If a device is not working properly or not at all please let us know immediatelly in order to repair or replace it.
Destruction or loss of keyholder is charged 30 euro.
7.Sunbeds and beach umbrellas are free to use in front of the hotel area for reasons of fair competition between local firms, otherwise the hotel has the right to prohibit the use by the customer.
8.Pets are not allowed. If the Customer fails to declare his pet during booking, cancellation terms apply.
9.Free WiFi in hotel areas. Please request the password during check-in.
10.If the customer finds that the room or the facilities are not those who ordered during booking, may report it to the authorities and leave the room arranging his bill until that time.
Any attempt at defamation, disinformation and vilification of the hotel following the departure of the customer involves all statutory penalties.
11.Customer personal data remains confidential and is only used to complete the booking unless requested by the Authorities for purposes of control and security. The customer\'s email address may be used by the company for communication and information purposes.
12.Pricelist includes tax
Pricelist does not include residence fee (Law 4472/2017 at 0,50 euro/night)
13.Terms and conditions may change at any time and apply both during booking and during the stay.
