TERMS OF RESERVATION AND BUSINESS POLICY
1.Check in time 13.00
   Check out time 12.00

   Departure until 18.00 are charged 50% of overnights Departures beyond the 18.00 charged throughout NIGHT For children under 3 years free baby cot on request.

2.Soap and toilet paper are provided on arrival.Cleaning and change of linen and towels every three (3) days.

   Major customers are asked if you want something different to the state in writing during the booking process

3.The reservation is valid as long as deposited an advance equal to 

   -25% of the price for the total nights of selling days for the refundable plan

   -100% of the total cost of stay for the non-refundable plan

    in a bank account or through the Post Office or directly to the company upon receiving the record advance or by credit/debit card.

   Reservations not confirmed in writing or the deposit not paid within 3 working days expire and the owner has the right to reallocate the room. 

   Non-refundable plan is discounted pricelist and is a special deal based on payment and in no case affects the quality of our services.

 
4.In case of cancelling refundable plan the following applies
   -21 Days before arrival the deposit is refunded
   -Less than 21 days the advance payment as compensation
   In case of cancelling non-refundable plan the following applies
   -up to 6 months before arrival 100% of the total cost is refundable
   -up to 3 months before arrival 50% of the total cost is refundable
   -less than 3 months before arrival there is no refund
   In the event of departure before the agreed date, the customer is obliged to compensate the company for 50% of overnights for each night until the agreed date of departure.
   In case of no show of the customer the agreed date the owner has the right to withhold the deposit and to reallocate the room.
   For reservations by credit cards the business  reserves the right to pre-authorization and reimbursement at the arrival of the customer.
   The main customers are requested to inform promptly and in writing the company of any change.

5.The customer can receive his visitors in a special area of the company.Visits in the rooms and use of facilities and equipment from visitors is prohibited.

6.The use of equipment (electric appliances, furniture, etc.) and clothing outside of the rooms is not allowed.
   If it emerges from the customer that a device is not working properly or not at all please let owners directly in order to become a repair or replacement.

7.Sunbeds and beach umbrellas are free.
   For reasons of fair competition between local firms are requested its main customers to use the sunbeds in front of the space enterprise, otherwise the owner has the right to prohibit the use by the customer.
   In case of non availability or adequacy The customer has the right to request an umbrella or sunbed by the landlord and the landlord has a duty to satisfy the request directly.

8.Pets are not allowed. If  the Customer fails to declare his pet when booking the applicable laws and regulations on cancellation or non-attendance.

9.Free use of wireless Internet in its premises.
   The main customers are requested to declare their desire to use internet to obtain the code from the company.

10.If  the client finds that the room and the benefits are not those who ordered in custody has the right to terminate immediately the fact to the competent bodies. and to leave the room arranging his account until that time.
    Any attempt at defamation, disinformation and vilification of the firm following the departure of the client involves all statutory penalties.

11.Customer personal data remains confidential and is only used to complete the booking unless requested by the Authorities for purposes of control and security. 12.Pricelist includes tax
 
Pricelist does not include special residence fee for 2018 (Law 4472/2017 at 0,50 euro/night)
 
13.Terms and conditions may change at any time and apply both during booking and during the stay.
