Our stay at Kyani Akti was one of the best experiences in the last years, the apartments are carefully renovated to combine old and new, everything is good quality, fully equipped including the kitchen, with good cleaning services, good internet connection even on the beach. Kyani Akti is from my point of view the best in Nea Skioni, with a perfect location, beautiful view, private beach, beautiful garden, but the difference with other similar location is made by the manager, Georgia, very helpful, and who even anticipate what we wish. It was our 7th experience in Greece, but no doubt the best. Highly recommended place to spend quality time for all ages and all types of travelers. Thanks a lot Georgia and γιαγιά!!

Dear Georgia and family thank you for lovely 10 days!When I was looking for apartment I was very confused why you are more expensive than others and now I know why!Because I wake up open the door and see the sea,not walls,not other building!Because you are the only ones cleaning every 3 days and giving clean towels and bed clothes!Because you are there for everything even in the middle of the night!Because you respect people and because we feel safe in your hotel!Thank you again and see you next summer! Once again my wife and I have booked airtickets down to Thessaloniki to spend two weeks in Nea Skioni and lovely Kyani Akti. We have stayed there many times and latest in the summer and autumn holidays of 2012. We can hardly wait for the summer of 2013 to come. For us, Nea Skioni and Kyani Akti is a place close to heaven. And we go there year after year. Terje

We almost gave up looking for a perfect place to spend our holidays, but then we found Kyani Akti! It’s like a dream – blue sea in almost 2 steps from room, beautiful garden surrounding the house, so the view form the room was absolutely amazing, clean and very nice and comfort room, and not to forget very nice owners of the house, always there if you need something… Our kid was really enjoying, cause the place is completely adjusted to children. We will come again, over and over, we don’t even think to change the place where we spend our summer holidays! I have to mention, Nea Skioni is a beautiful town, with history, lot of restaurants and more than kind people. It’s close to everything, and you can find a lot of fun in one side, and a lot of peace and quiet nights and days if you need it. Thank you, and see you soon again!!

Thank you Georgia for perfect stay in your place. It was wonderful. Your apartment is very good, clean. Near the sea (almost inside) Near the city. It is so easy to go other places in Halkidiki. Balcony, room, kitchen, beach, sea was wonderful. We will come back again. Turkish: (Mükemmel bir konaklama için teşekkürler Georgia. Her şey harikaydı. Daire çok güzel ve temizdi. Denizin kenarında (neredeyse içinde). Şehrin içinde. Halkidiki’deki diğer kasabalara gitmek için çok iyi bir lokasyona sahipti. Balkon, oda, mutfak, kumsal deniz muhteşemdi.Mutlaka tekrar geleceğiz.)

Once again, in the summer of 2011, my wife and I spent a wonderful time in this small, charming Greek town. Kyani Akti is very nice place to stay. Close to everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We come back; in fact we have already booked rooms for the summer of 2012 Terje Bærulfsen

During our 7-day stay yhe sheets and towels were changed just once and that because we asked for it otherwise they ‘d change it every second day, we were given ONE bag of toilet paper and soaps, there were plenty of umbrellas and we heared the word “goodmorning” from everybody!I will definitely come there again and certainly recommened you to anyone…Sorry….for breaking a sunbed…and leave without goodbye…

Περασαμε 6 φανταστικες ημερες διπλα στη θαλασσα,τα δωματια ηταν πολυ καθαρα και προσεγμενα και οι ιδιοκτητες παντα με ενα χαμογελο για ολους.Ευχαριστουμε για τη διαμονη και φυσικα το προτεινουμε σε ολους!

We spent just 2 nights at Kyani Akti in July 2011.What a special place it is! Right on the beach with wonderful views and such lovely friendly people. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We spent 3 unforgettable days in this lovely house. Very close to the sea, the house is situated on the beach. Nice view from the balcony. Clean rooms, comfortable kitchen, very friendly owners. The landscape is very romantic. Near the hotel just 50 meters is very good restorant with sea food. We recommend this house to all people, who loves beautiful nature, quiet rest, cozy houses:)))))
